Submission Form
Enclosed on this page is the form where images can be submitted for our monthly contest. Please fill out the enclosed form in its entirety and attach the desired image before submitting the form. Acceptable image formats are jpg, gif, or png and the size limitation for the image is 1 MB. Please indicate in the comment box if there are any additional comments you would like to see published in the gallery if your image is selected as a winner. Examples of additional comments would be the location of where the photo was taken, the type of camera used, and editing techniques. Photo submissions must be submitted by the 15th of the current month in order to be considered for next month's contest. Participants are only allowed to submit one image per category per month. If a participant wishes to enter a photo in multiple categories, then each image needs a separate form. Please refer to our rules page to ensure an image meets our guidelines.
After you submit your form and image, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. If your image is selected for our photo contest, you will be notified by email to the email provided in the submission form. Make sure to share our website with family and friends on social media or through email and ask them to participate in voting! Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours after the contest ends. If you have any questions regarding the submission process, please send us an email.
